Head of Media Buying (FB)

We are looking for a head of media buying and targeting team in the financial vertical (Forex). Need experience managing a media buying team, deep understanding of Facebook algorithms and passing moderation in gray verticals. Remote work, flexible schedule, salary + percentage.

What you'll do

• Leading the media buying and targeting team
• Ensuring a stable flow of leads despite bans and rejections
• Setting up the department's workflow
• Controlling traffic and launches
• Scaling campaigns without losing quality

What we need

• Experience as a Head of Media Buying in the financial vertical for at least 1 year
• Clear understanding of Facebook algorithms and passing moderation in gray verticals
• Ability to scale without losing quality
• Control of traffic and launches
• System thinking and ability to build processes
• Ability to work in a team and be available during working hours
• Focus on growth and scaling campaigns with emphasis on quality
