Senior Motion Designer

The company is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to create top-quality ad creatives for traffic arbitrage. The role involves using AI tools, working with lipsync and deepfakes, and collaborating with teams. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in traffic arbitrage and strong motion design skills.

What you'll do

• Create top-quality creatives from scratch to final render
• Work with lipsync, footage, deepfakes, composition, dynamics, and lighting
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production
• Source material for footage/editing
• Collaborate with all team departments

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in traffic arbitrage
• Proficient in motion design tools from concept to final render
• Lipsync skills (speech-to-video synchronization)
• Effective use of neural networks and AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production
• Ability to quickly adapt to tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team
• Willingness to provide a portfolio
