Support Manager (IGaming)

We are a young and fast-growing iGaming product. We are looking for a support specialist to communicate with users, present the product, help with technical issues, and maintain reporting. Remote work, night shift.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience as a support specialist in iGaming
- Experience in support for a B2C product
- Understanding of specifics and mentality of different GEOs
Nice to have
- Experience with Turkey market
