TeamLead Media Buyer

We are looking for a strong leader for a new direction to strengthen our buying department and ensure stable growth. Tasks: building and managing a team of media buyers, scaling campaigns, controlling KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes), establishing purchasing and testing processes.

What we need

• Experience managing a team of buyers for at least 2 years (mandatory in Gambling)
• Proven experience working with LATAM geo
• Confident work with analytics and key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, CR)
• Understanding of funnels, offers, creatives, and hypothesis testing approaches
