Media Buyer Google Ads (Middle/Senior, Tier-1 / Finance)

The employer is looking for a Middle/Senior media buyer to run Google Ads on EU GEOs in the finance vertical. The role involves independently finding and scaling working funnels, managing stable spend volumes, and optimizing campaigns while handling moderation and restrictions. Compensation is discussed individually: fixed rate plus percentage.

What you'll do

• Run Google Ads campaigns on EU GEOs
• Independently find and scale working funnels

• Test creatives, audiences, keywords, and ad campaigns

What we need

• Experience with Google Ads
• Hands-on experience with EU GEOs
• Understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI
• Ability to independently find and scale working funnels
• Experience managing stable spend volumes
• Understanding of testing principles for creatives, audiences, keywords, and ad campaigns
• Ability to analyze results and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with moderation, restrictions, and ad campaign optimization
• Self-sufficiency, responsibility, fast feedback, and willingness to propose new ideas
