Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)

We are looking for a strong leader to strengthen our media buying department and ensure steady growth. The main focus is Facebook, team management, scaling campaigns, and KPI tracking.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of media buyers
• Scale combinations and find new approaches
• Control KPI (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Build purchasing and testing processes

What we need

• Proven Facebook traffic experience of at least 1 year
• Experience in promotions
• Experience in team management
• Understanding of gray hat verticals
• Skill in scaling and analyzing campaigns
• Willingness to provide proof of results

Nice to have

• Experience with LATAM geo
