Operating Manager

An international FinTech company is looking for an Operating Manager to optimize operational processes, improve B2B client experience, and drive business efficiency. Fully remote position.

What you'll do

• Optimize operational processes and improve B2B client experience.
• Maintain high-level communication with clients and resolve requests quickly.
• Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Work on increasing operational efficiency.
• Develop processes and help enhance team service level.

What we need

• Experience in Operations / Client Service / Account Management, preferably in FinTech / Finance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of business process optimization
• English at least B1
• High responsibility, initiative, and result orientation
