Growth Marketer

The company is seeking its first growth hire to build the entire growth function from scratch and deliver results. Responsibilities include developing growth strategy, creating funnels, building partnerships, growing Telegram channel, launching AI-agent workflows, and hiring an SMM team. Must have real iGaming experience and systematic thinking.

What you'll do

• Build growth strategy: channels, funnels, hypotheses
• Establish long-term partnerships and internal workflows
• Grow Telegram channel: organic, collaborations, content pipeline
• Launch AI-agent workflows (ready solutions exist, tech team will help implement ideas)
• Create funnels and pre-landing pages via neural networks — you provide ideas, code to tech team
• Hire an SMM and build a team under you
• Calculate CAC, influencer ROI, conversion — weekly numbers and conclusions

What we need

• Real experience with iGaming
• Systematic thinking — the entire funnel, not individual posts
• Live copywriting without fluff
• Work with AI tools — not a plus, but a necessity
