Trader Support Specialist

A FinTech company is looking for an attentive specialist to join its trader support team. Understanding of trading, interest in financial processes and willingness to grow in FinTech are key; prior support experience is not required — internal processes are taught from scratch. The role is remote, and candidates located in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus cannot be considered due to VPN specifics.

What you'll do

• Help traders resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Work with numbers, spreadsheets and internal systems
• Monitor data and spot discrepancies
• Collaborate with other departments in the team

What we need

• Understanding of trading and interest in the field
• Confident computer skills and Google Sheets
• Attention to numbers, responsibility and initiative
• Willingness to learn and engage in work processes
• Geography: candidates located in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus are not considered

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language
• Prior support experience
