Content Team Lead

The team is looking for a strong Content Team Lead. We need a leader who can optimize team performance and improve engagement metrics. Responsibilities: managing a team of content managers, organizing and controlling department work, developing and implementing content strategy, analyzing engagement, managing ~20 channels, creating content for Main and VIP channels.

What we need

• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 people
• Understanding of engagement, churn, and conversion metrics
• Skills in developing content plans and welcome sequences
