Content Team Lead

The company is looking for a Content Team Lead to optimize team performance and improve engagement metrics.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of content managers
• Organizing and monitoring department work, task distribution
• Developing, optimizing, and implementing content strategy
• Continuous engagement analysis and adjustment of content plan based on audience response
• Managing approximately 20 channels, monitoring volume
• Creating content for Main and VIP channels

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 people
• Understanding of engagement, churn, and conversion metrics
• Skills in developing content plans and welcome sequences
