Finance Specialist

We are looking for an attentive and systematic Finance Specialist to join the team. Responsibilities include building financial models, financial planning, cash flow control, project analysis, reporting, process automation, and payment execution.

What you'll do

• Building financial models (P&L, LTV by traffic sources, cash flow)
• Financial planning and management analysis
• Control of cash flows, accounting and cost optimization
• Project analysis and payback calculation
• Maintaining reports and spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
• Payment reconciliation, transaction monitoring
• Data migration and processing (CSV, chats → tables)
• Verification of calculations, error detection and correction
• Automation of financial and analytical processes
• Executing payments
• Assistance in operational tasks requiring precision and attention

What we need

• Experience in finance/analytics from 1 year
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and systematic thinking
• Ability to work with large volume of data
• Responsibility and self-organization

Nice to have

• Experience building financial models is a plus
