Content Creator / Full-Cycle Video Producer

The team is looking for a content creator to handle the full video production cycle: from idea to analytics. Main focus is short-form and YouTube content in lifestyle/sports/entertainment. Office in Moscow.
What we need
- At least 1 year of video shooting and editing experience
- Experience working in digital, media, or production teams
- Understanding of camera, lighting, and sound
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut
- Understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Reels algorithms
- Skill in creating AI videos and working with AI tools
- Independence and ability to work without micromanagement
- Strong familiarity with short-form content
