Content Creator / Full-Cycle Video Producer

The team is looking for a content creator who can independently manage the full video production cycle: from idea and script to filming, editing, and analytics. The main focus is short-form and YouTube content in lifestyle/sports/entertainment.

What you'll do

• Film and edit horizontal and vertical videos
• Release at least 1 horizontal and 4 vertical videos per week
• Work with brand ambassador and project mascot
• Organize studio shoots once a week
• Generate scripts and content plan based on trends
• Create content in sport / humor / infotainment formats
• Use AI tools to speed up production and video generation
• Adapt content for YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram
• Analyze metrics and suggest content improvements

What we need

• At least 1 year of video shooting and editing experience
• Experience in digital, media, or production teams
• Understanding of working with camera, lighting, and sound
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut
• Understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Reels algorithms
• Skill in creating AI videos and working with AI tools
• Independence and ability to work without micromanagement
• Strong awareness of short-form content trends
