What we need
- Experience with TG Ads as the main traffic source
- Expertise in Web3 / Crypto
- Experience with ban management (optimization and scaling)
- Ability to run traffic to most Tier 1-2 GEOs
- Proven cases with real numbers and results
- Drive for scale and multiple volume growth
