CTO / Chief Technology Officer

An international product company is looking for a CTO to develop and scale a high-load iGaming platform. The role involves leading engineering teams, developing tech leads, and owning the architecture of distributed systems. Office-based work in Limassol with company-paid relocation.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale a high-load iGaming platform
• Define and implement high-load, microservices and distributed systems architecture for transactional load
• Ensure platform scalability, fault tolerance and security
• Build and develop CI/CD processes
• Manage engineering teams and develop tech leads

What we need

• Mandatory experience as CTO / Head of Engineering in iGaming
• Strong technical background: Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
• Experience with high-load architecture, microservices, distributed systems and transactional load
• Experience with scaling, fault tolerance, security and CI/CD
• Experience managing engineering teams and developing tech leads
