Affiliate Manager (Poland)

A product company with 6+ years of experience in iGaming is looking for an Affiliate Manager for GEO Poland. Responsibilities include finding and attracting new partners, maintaining relationships with the current base, monitoring traffic quality and meeting FTD/Regs plans, analyzing profitability (LTV, ROI), negotiating cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare up to 50%, Hybrid).

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming/Betting in a similar position
• Ability to calculate user LTV and forecast partner profitability
• Experience with various payment models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Understanding of technical aspects: trackers, postbacks
• Ability to analyze competitors and find new approaches in traffic acquisition
• Polish B2 or higher
• English B2 or higher
