Senior Motion Designer

The employer is looking for a Senior Motion Designer specializing in traffic arbitrage to create top-tier creatives using AI tools. Work is fully remote with a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Create top-tier creatives from scratch to final render
• Work with lip sync, footage, deepfakes, compositing, dynamics, and lighting.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production.
• Source footage and materials for editing
• Collaborate with all departments in the team

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in traffic arbitrage
• Proficient in motion design tools — from concept to final render
• Lip sync skills (synchronizing speech with video)
• Effective use of neural networks and AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production
• Ability to quickly adapt to tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team
• Willingness to provide a portfolio
