Senior User Acquisition Manager

The company, product — AI chatbot, is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager. The role involves finding, launching, and scaling acquisition channels with a focus on profit, working with high-risk verticals, and managing large advertising budgets. Work is remote, outside Russia and Belarus.

What you'll do

• Find, launch, and scale new acquisition channels with a focus on profit
• Work with alternative advertising networks (high-risk) and find new growth points
• Analyze advertising campaigns, find insights, and test hypotheses
• Set tasks for the creative team and work with feedback on creatives
• Interact with partners and advertising platforms
• Quickly identify anomalies and make decisions

What we need

• 5+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
• Experience in high-risk verticals: AI, Dating, Gambling, Betting, VPN, Crypto, Adult, etc.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets
• Strong data-driven approach and analytical thinking
• English Upper-Intermediate+
• Independence and result orientation
• Ability to work in uncertain conditions
