Affiliate Manager (Dating)

The employer is a CPA network focusing on the dating vertical. They are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to take over the full cycle of partner management, from negotiations to daily support. The role involves working with partners worldwide across multiple markets.

What you'll do

• Search for and attract new partners
• Monitor traffic quality and volume
• Develop relationships with existing partners
• Manage budgets, payouts, and creatives
• Handle the entire cycle: from contract to operations

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Experience with the dating vertical is mandatory
• Fluent English, written and oral
• Ability and willingness to travel to conferences worldwide
