Head of Affiliate
Employer Location —Schedule 5/2, flexible schedule
An international iGaming product is looking for a Head of Affiliate to scale the affiliate program. The role involves analyzing and optimizing traffic, building processes and KPIs, managing the team, and representing the program at conferences.
What you'll do
- Analyze, optimize and scale current traffic to new volumes
- Build effective internal processes, regulations and KPIs
- Strategic team management and control of mutual settlements
- Represent the affiliate program at industry conferences
What we need
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing for at least 2 years
- Experience as Head for at least 1 year
- Deep understanding of CPA/RevShare models and traffic arbitrage
