International iGaming product is looking for a Team Lead Affiliate to develop the affiliate direction.
What you'll do
- Manage the team, build internal processes and KPIs
- Analyze and scale current traffic, find new sources
- Control settlements with partners, attend industry conferences
What we need
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing from 2 years (understanding of CPA models and arbitrage)
- Experience managing a team (Team Lead / Deputy) from 1 year
