What we need
- Experience as Team Lead Buying / Senior Media Buyer
- Experience with financial verticals on RevShare
- Experience managing a team of 3+ buyers
- Experience with any traffic source (Facebook, Google, Bigo, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Understanding of farming, warm-ups, anti-detect, and agent accounts
- Skills in scaling profitable campaigns
