Team Lead Buying (Financial / RevShare)
Employer Location —Comp Fixed salary + percentage after probation period
We are looking for a strong Team Lead Buying to manage a team of buyers and scale results in financial niches on RevShare. The company is an ecosystem with its own infrastructure, development, design, and analytics departments. We are developing our own financial products.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of media buyers
- Find, test, and scale profitable bundles
- Control spend and profitability
- Develop the team and enhance results
- Find new growth opportunities
What we need
- Experience as Team Lead Buying or Senior Media Buyer
- Experience with financial niches on RevShare
- Experience managing a team of at least 3 media buyers
- Experience with any traffic source (Facebook, Google, Bigo, X/Twitter, etc.)
- Understanding of farming, warming, anti-detects, and agency accounts
- Skills in scaling profitable bundles
