Senior Media Buyer / Growth Infrastructure Specialist (Google Ecosystem)

The employer is looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Growth Infrastructure Specialist who can not only launch Google Ads but also build a scalable performance system — from traffic buying and analytics to automation and growth. The role sits at the intersection of media buying, analytics, automation and scaling, with large budget ownership and competitive verticals.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale advertising campaigns across the Google ecosystem
• Analyze ad performance and control budgets
• Work with CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CVR and LTV metrics
• Identify causes of performance decline and growth opportunities
• Build analytics and processes for handling large data volumes
• Identify processes for automation and design scalable solutions

What we need

• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads
• Managing ad budgets from $50,000 per month
• Current hands-on campaign launch experience within the last month
• Experience with Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs
• Experience in competitive or high-risk verticals: Crypto, Binary, Forex, Nutra, Sweepstakes or Mobile Apps
• Hands-on with Google Display Network, Demand Gen, YouTube Ads, GA4, GTM and Looker Studio
• Using automation tools: Google Ads API, GA4 API, OpenAI API, n8n, Make, Zapier
• Systems thinking and combining Media Buying, Analytics, Automation and Growth
