Team Lead Farming (Facebook, crypto)

The company is looking for a strong Facebook account farming specialist who can build an efficient farming process and supply buyers with high-quality accounts that have good working limits. Own methodology, hands-on experience and understanding of farming economics matter more than the number of accounts created.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the process of preparing Facebook accounts for buying
• Control account quality and readiness for handover to buyers
• Work with BMs, FPs, ad accounts and accesses
• Test and improve own farming approaches
• Analyze causes of restrictions and loss of account functionality
• Keep records of prepared accounts, their characteristics and issuance

What we need

• Facebook farming experience of 1+ year
• Hands-on experience not only with first-bill accounts but also with accounts receiving higher available spend limits
• Own farming methodology and understanding of how to test approaches, analyze results and improve the process
• Deep understanding of the Facebook ecosystem: BMs, FPs, ad accounts, pixels and accesses
• Experience with a large number of accounts, antidetect environment and proxies
• Ability to analyze metrics, keep statistics and calculate farming economics
• Systematic approach, self-reliance, attentiveness and accountability for results
