Affiliate Manager

An international iGaming company (350+ employees, 21 countries) is looking for an Affiliate Manager to handle affiliate programs, traffic, and negotiations in English. The role offers a USD salary + KPI, training, growth to a leadership position, and sports/medical compensation.

What we need

• Experience in affiliate / iGaming / traffic and affiliate programs
• Understanding of Flat/Fixed Fee models, postbacks, reconciliations, traffic sources (SEO, PPC, FB, Push, Email)
• Skills in independent integration and analytics
• English from B2 (95% of communication)
• Responsibility, initiative, ability to argue one's position

Nice to have

• Experience with TDS (Keitaro, AdsBridge, etc.), CMS WordPress, affiliate platforms (Affilka, NetRefer, Income Access, etc.)
