Influence Manager

The employer is building a modern consumer brand in wellness, lifestyle and quality-of-life products, actively developing its digital direction with a focus on influencer marketing and content creators. They are looking for an Influence Manager to own the brand's influencer direction: sourcing and engaging bloggers and content creators, launching advertising integrations, developing partnerships and analyzing results.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy
• Source and engage bloggers, influencers, ambassadors and content creators
• Generate ideas for advertising integrations and content collaborations
• Organize advertising placements end-to-end, from idea to publication
• Independently form hypotheses, test new formats and scale successful solutions

What we need

• 1.5–2+ years of experience in influencer / influencer marketing
• Hands-on experience with the Russian market and local bloggers
• Ability to independently find and evaluate potential partners
• Understanding of key influencer advertising performance metrics
• Own delivered cases and readiness to present them
• Located outside Russia

Nice to have

• Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, consumer products or adjacent categories
• Experience with UGC
• Experience managing a small team
• Experience building an influencer direction from scratch
