SEO Team Lead

A product iGaming company is looking for an SEO Team Lead to manage a team of 5 SEO specialists. The role includes developing and overseeing SEO strategy, competitor analysis, coordination with other departments, and team development. Fully remote, 5/2 schedule.

What you'll do

• Lead the SEO team and set goals and tasks
• Develop and oversee SEO strategy: technical SEO, content, links, on-page optimization
• Analyze competitors and find growth opportunities for organic traffic
• Work with the semantic core
• Coordinate work with content, development, PPC, and analytics
• Control task quality and deadlines
• Conduct code reviews and SEO audits, check technical specifications
• Develop the team through mentoring, 1:1s, and training
• Analyze traffic, rankings, and ROI
• Plan budgets for links, tools, and content

What we need

• Experience in SEO in iGaming with Tier 2/3
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies with proven organic growth
• Proficient with Google and Yandex
• Understanding of behavioral factors in Yandex and non-standard link building methods in Google
• Experience finding dropped domains
• Deep understanding of the iGaming market and current SEO practices
