Payment Monitoring and Processing Specialist

The employer is a payment company specializing in payment processing for the high-risk industry (gambling and betting). Due to growing volumes, the company is expanding its payment monitoring team and is looking for a Junior specialist. The work is fully remote, on a 2/2 shift schedule of 12 hours.

What you'll do

• Monitoring and checking a large flow of payments in real time
• Analyzing transactions for suspicious or anomalous activity
• Making independent decisions on standard operations
• Escalating complex and disputed cases to a senior specialist
• Maintaining reporting on verified payments and identified incidents

What we need

• Experience in crypto exchangers, payment processing, or a related field is required
• Attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions under a high volume of tasks
• Stress tolerance and willingness to work on a shift schedule
• Responsibility and self-discipline when working remotely
