The goal is to build and scale the operational model of an online casino with a focus on growing key metrics (LTV, Retention, ARPU, NGR), ensuring the product <-> retention <-> affiliate connection.
What we need
- Experience as COO or similar senior leadership role in an online casino or gambling industry
- Experience in building and scaling operational models
- Deep understanding of LTV, Retention, ARPU, NGR metrics
- Experience managing the product, retention, and affiliate marketing connection
- Native Russian speaker
