Head of VIP Retention

A product iGaming company with its own licensed online casino is looking for a Head of VIP Retention. The role involves developing and scaling the VIP direction, building a strategy for working with high-value players, and directly influencing the growth and efficiency of the VIP base. Fully remote work format.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the company's VIP direction
• Form and implement a retention strategy for the VIP segment
• Manage the VIP base and build long-term relationships with players
• Develop a personalized approach and communication with VIP clients
• Control communication with players via Telegram, WhatsApp, chats, and calls
• Build and improve reactivation mechanics for inactive VIPs
• Develop personalized bonus offers, quests, cashbacks, free spins, and other promos
• Analyze player behavior, deposits, activity, and value of the VIP base
• Interact with CRM, Payments, Fraud, and Support teams
• Control the quality of VIP service and client experience
• Form and control KPIs of the VIP team
• Analyze results and find new growth points for the direction

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in VIP Retention, VIP Management, or VIP Account Management in iGaming
• Mandatory experience with online casinos
• Experience working with CIS markets and understanding player specifics
• Experience managing a VIP base and understanding the player lifecycle
• Deep understanding of VIP segmentation and retention mechanics
• Experience with bonus policy and personalized offers
• Management skills and ability to organize team work
• Strong communication skills and high level of client service
• Analytical thinking and result orientation
