What you'll do

• Launch and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for iGaming offers
• Analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Test creatives and scaling strategies
• Collaborate with Team Lead for training and performance improvement

• Basic understanding of Facebook Ads
• Analytical mindset — ability to see numbers, not just clicks
• Ambition and desire to earn
• Fast learning ability and willingness to constantly improve
• Creative thinking — understanding that creatives directly impact results
• Strong communication skills — ability to convey ideas clearly and to the point
