Team lead Media Buyer

The company is looking for a strong team lead for its media buying department to ensure stable growth. Requires 1+ year of Facebook ad experience, team management, understanding of scheme traffic and gray verticals.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of media buyers
• Scaling campaigns and finding new approaches
• Monitoring KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Building purchasing and testing processes

What we need

• Proven 1+ year experience with Facebook ads
• Experience with 'raskrutka' (launching campaigns) is mandatory
• Team management experience
• Understanding of scheme traffic and gray verticals
• Skill in scaling and campaign analytics
• Willingness to provide proofs
