Affiliate Manager

The company, a the company specializing in iGaming, is looking for an Affiliate Manager with an own base of webmasters (GEO: RU / UZ). The key task is to attract quality traffic through webmasters, arbitrage teams and SEO partners, scale volumes and build long-term partnerships. Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models, focus on ROI, LTV and stable traffic quality across GEO: RU, UZ, CIS, Tier-1, Latam.

What we need

• 2-3+ years in affiliate (iGaming / Gambling)
• Own base of webmasters (RU / UZ - priority)
• Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
• Antifraud and traffic quality control
• Russian (native), English (B2+)

Nice to have

• Connections with arbitrage teams
• Understanding of retention / CRM
