Team Lead of Sales

The employer is looking for a Team Lead of Sales to build projects from scratch, optimize funnels, and manage the sales team. Remote work, payment during probation and a high percentage of department profit after.

What you'll do

• Building projects and optimizing funnels from scratch
• Managing the sales department team
• Writing and updating scripts for objection handling
• Analyzing metrics and identifying growth points
• Maintaining reports on department, conversion, and results
• Participating in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating new candidates

What we need

• Experience as TL of Sales - at least 1 year
• Experience in building projects from scratch - mandatory
• Full commitment to work
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
• Independence, initiative, and focus on growth
