Team Lead of Sales

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead of Sales to build projects and optimize funnels from scratch, manage the sales team, and analyze metrics. Remote work, payment during probation 1000$ per month, then high percentage of department profit.

What you'll do

• Building projects and optimizing funnels from scratch
• Managing the sales department team
• Writing and updating objection handling scripts
• Analyzing metrics and finding growth points
• Maintaining reporting on department, conversion, and results
• Participating in recruitment, interviews, and evaluation of new candidates

What we need

• Experience as TL of Sales - at least 1 year
• Experience in building projects from scratch - mandatory
• Full commitment to work
• Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
• Independence, initiative, and focus on growth
