Domain Manager at an iGaming SEO network

An iGaming SEO network is looking for a Domain Manager to run the domain infrastructure of its SEO direction. The role sits at the intersection of SEO and Development: a large domain portfolio, registrars, DNS, Cloudflare, renewals, access management and resolution of domain-related incidents. Remote work from anywhere in the world, GMT+3, stable USD-pegged pay.

What you'll do

• Manage a large domain portfolio and its lifecycle
• Purchase new and approved drop domains
• Work with multiple registrars: registrations, transfers, renewals, auto-renew and domain statuses
• Configure DNS, nameservers, SSL and Cloudflare
• Control renewals, payments, costs and access
• Maintain a single domain registry and change history
• Connect domains to Google Search Console, GA4, Yandex Webmaster, Bing Webmaster Tools and other services
• Check the history and status of drop domains
• Diagnose domain-related incidents and liaise with registrar / hosting support
• Handle abuse complaints, verification requests and other problematic cases
• Collaborate with SEO Specialists and Developers

What we need

• At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience working with domains
• Experience managing a large domain portfolio; 100+ domains is a big plus
• Experience working with multiple registrars
• Confident understanding of DNS, NS, A, CNAME, TXT, MX and SSL
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare
• Systematic approach to renewals, billing, record-keeping and access management
• Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel
• Understanding of aged / expired / drop domains
• English B1+ for working with support and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate, SEO networks, PBN / satellites or crypto
• Experience managing 100+ domains simultaneously
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Wayback Machine, WHOIS / RDAP
• Experience working with multiple GEOs and registrar accounts
• Experience automating domain record-keeping and renewal control
• Interest in growing in domain management and finding domains together with the SEO team
