Finance Specialist

An arbitrage team (~40 employees) is looking for a finance specialist to control financial processes, manage P&L, and analyze key metrics. The position can grow into a head of finance. Remote work, salary from $2000.

What you'll do

• Control payroll accruals and payments for the team.
• Control incoming funds from partners and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain and control the company's P&L.
• Calculate and analyze ROAS, cost, conversions, and other key financial metrics.
• Control expenses and cost of directions/projects.
• Regularly reconcile financial metrics and find discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and analytics for management.
• Analyze the financial efficiency of advertising directions.
• Interact with other departments to obtain and verify data.
• Gradually build and optimize the company's financial processes.

What we need

• Experience as a finance specialist / financial analyst / financial manager.
• Practical experience managing P&L.
• Understanding of ROAS, cost, revenue, profit, margin, conversions, and their interrelations.
• Experience working with large data sets and financial spreadsheets.
• High attention to numbers and systematic approach.
• Ability to independently find errors and discrepancies in calculations.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to understand where numbers come from and what they mean for the business.

Nice to have

• Experience in arbitrage, affiliate, iGaming, gambling, media buying, or other performance business.
