Senior Sales Manager

We are a large team on the market for over 3 years. Looking for a senior sales manager to close leads for FD/RD, handle objections, and assist in managing a team of handlers. Full remote, 6/1 schedule, commission-based pay.

What you'll do

• Close leads for first deposit (FD) and repeat deposit (RD)
• Work with charisma, not just following a script
• Handle objections
• Assist in managing a team of handlers

What we need

• Knowledge of Uzbek language
• At least 1 year of experience in the investment/trading vertical in CIS, with specific experience in Uzbekistan
• Strong motivation for high earnings
• Signing NDA is mandatory

Nice to have

• Having your own team (of handlers) is preferred
