Listing Manager / Senior Media Buyer | Adult 18+

An international AI product that creates 18+ photo and video content with AI and develops Telegram Mini Apps is looking for a Listing Manager / Senior Media Buyer. The role involves independently building and scaling the direction of buying ad placements on Adult 18+ sites. Hands-on experience in an Adult product is mandatory.

What you'll do

• Search for and analyze Adult 18+ sites and advertising platforms
• Find contacts of site owners, administrators, and webmasters
• Negotiate and secure the best placement terms
• Buy and launch ad placements: banners, buttons, and other formats
• Analyze CTR, conversions, payments, and ROI
• Test new platforms and ad formats
• Optimize placements and disable ineffective sources
• Build and scale a pool of profitable Adult platforms
• Independently own the results of the direction

What we need

• Experience buying ads and placements on websites
• Experience in an Adult product is mandatory
• Understanding of the Adult traffic market and specifics of working with webmasters
• Experience negotiating directly with site owners / admins
• Ability to work with CTR, CR, ROI, and other performance metrics
• Analytical thinking and results orientation
• Self-sufficiency and a high level of ownership
• Willingness to independently build and scale the direction

• Hands-on experience with Adult 18+ platforms
• Own database of verified Adult platforms and webmaster contacts
