Team Lead of Sales

We are looking for an experienced TL of Sales to build an effective sales funnel and take the team to a new level in the fintech vertical.

What you'll do

• Building projects and optimizing funnels from scratch;
• Managing the sales department team;
• Writing and updating objection handling scripts;
• Analyzing metrics and finding growth opportunities;
• Maintaining department reporting, conversion, and results;
• Participating in recruitment, interviews, and evaluation of new candidates.

What we need

• Experience as TL of Sales in fintech - from 1 year;
• Experience in building projects from scratch;
• Full commitment to work;
• Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking;
• Independence, initiative, and focus on growth.
