Senior User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a strong UA specialist for a mobile online game with a very strong product and great scaling potential. The goal is to scale the product worldwide with consistent positive returns.

What you'll do

• Scale the product worldwide with positive unit economics
• Manage advertising budgets of $50k+/month across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and in-app
• Analyze performance using SKAN, AEM, and conversion modeling
• Ensure profitable scaling and deep understanding of unit economics at all stages

What we need

• Proven experience scaling mobile games on Tier-1 with positive unit economics
• Experience managing media budgets of $50k+/month
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, in-app
• Deep understanding of iOS post-ATT: SKAN, AEM, conversion modeling
• Understanding of unit economics at all stages
• Independence, initiative, ownership mindset
